Patty and I had the day to ourselves.  What to do??  Go on a walk, shop around town, go to the beach?  Nope, we decided to try out something new!  We have been coming to Nantucket for 18 years and surprisingly, there are still things on this island that we have yet to try! So yesterday, Patty and I decided to check off one of those Nantucket To Do things off our list.   We headed out to Cisco Brewery!

Cisco Brewery is a cool hangout spot for friends to gather to get drinks, food, listen to live music, play some corn hole and have some fun!

 They have a raw bar, hot dog stand and food trucks that come everyday!

You can pick up a drink at the Triple 8 Distillery, The Nantucket Vineyards or Cisco Brewers.

I got a Blueberry Lemonade with Triple 8 Blueberry Vodka.  Mom got a Rum-Tea Dumpty.

We also picked up freshly made guacamole and chips!  It was the perfect afternoon snack!

All can come… Adults, children and dogs, too.

We had a fun time hanging out there!  Just remember… it’s always 5 o’clock somewhere!

One of Nantucket’s best kept secrets is hiding at the Nantucket Ice Rink!  The Milly & Grace Girls are going to let you in on that little secret…

SIAM TO GO! The ice rink’s concession stand whips up the best Thai food in town.  No joke.  We are being serious.  Curries, fried rice, pad thai, spring rolls and salads… Oh my!

When you don’t feel like going into town, or when you want to avoid the crowds, or if you don’t have reservations at your favorite fancy restaurant, or if you just want to stay in after a long day of work or day at the beach… call up Siam (508.228.SIAM), place your order and pick it up in 15 minutes!

After work, Caroline and I were on our own for dinner so we called up SIAM!  It was just the two of us so we got the garden salad and Pad Thai to share.

We went home, turned on our newest Netflix obsession, Friday Night Lights, and enjoyed a lovely dinner at home.

So easy and yummy.

Now this secret stays between us!  Ok?
