Milly was born in Bronx, New York. When she was a teenager, she would sneak out of school to see Frank Sinatra perform in the city. A few years later, she joined the Army and was a part of Operation War Bride – bringing war brides back from WWII to the US. Not long after that, Milly married a sailor named Marvin, and they had 5 children together. Some of Milly’s favorite things were The Atlanta Braves, who she referred to as “her boys,” Yahtzee, bingo, card games, and the TV shows Young and the Restless and General Hospital. Milly, being 100% Italian, was not afraid to tell you exactly what she was thinking. And we loved her for that! Milly is our mother’s mother. Sadly, she is no longer with us. We love and miss you, Nanny.
Grace grew up in Southern California. The day she graduated from Venice High School was also the day she married her high school sweetheart, William! They had three kids together. At a very young age she became a loving housewife and wonderful mother. She loves learning and sharing what she has learned. She passes all her wisdom onto her family and friends. She loves to garden, cook, write poetry and spend time with her family. She has the kindest heart. Grace is our father’s mother. She is still going strong. We love you, Grandma!

Named after our grandmothers, Emily curates her boutique’s collection with clothing, accessories, home decor and gifts that reflect the personalities of our sassy grandmother Milly and our sweet grandmother Grace. With an infusion of her feminine personal style, Emily maintains a balance between contemporary fashions and classic pieces.
